Preferred method of payment:

We accept PayPal. We are a Verified PayPal account holder so you can rest assured that you are being dealt with a fully legitimate company. 

Alternative methods of payment:

We also accept Cheque and Postal Orders as payment too. Please inform us immediately if you wish to use this method of payment.*

*Please Note: Items will only be shipped (within stated timescale of item) once payment has cleared.


- Item will be dispatched within 24 hours, once payment is received (via PayPal) or cleared (via Cheque/Postal Order), only if the listing states delivery with 3-4 working days. Any other listing that states more than 3-4 working days will be dispatched in accordance to that timescale e.g. 4-7 working days, 7-10 working days etc... only if payment is received and cleared.

If for any reason there is a delay or mistake with the order you will be informed immediately.

Items are will be dispatched in undamaged condition (unless item is listed as being sold with damage/defects etc...)

Delivery of Item is normally within 48 hours of shipping. We can be contacted if the item doesn’t arrive within the specified time to chase up delivery.

If customer at delivery address is not in, a re-attempt card/depot pick up card MAY be posted.

Item will be delivered to the default eBay/Billing address unless otherwise mentioned in the buyer notes at checkout.

Items are only dispatched during weekdays only, due to courier/delivery services.

If an urgent shipping service or additional cover is required, this can be provided at an extra cost, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery is to UK Mainland and Highlands & Islands only***. Charges mentioned are to UK mainland only. Delivery to “Highlands & Islands” area may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.

Damages and Returns

It is strongly advised that if the item packaging or item is damaged on delivery, sign for the goods as damaged/received damaged. Immediately check item to ensure item is fully intact/operational/working order. 

If item or items are damaged in any way please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will assist you with either a replacement or refund.

If for any reason, other than damage, you are unhappy with an item or wish to cancel your order please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will assist you with either a replacement or refund of the purchase price you paid (excluding shipping).**

***Unless item listing states that delivery is limited to specific areas of the UK

**Please Note: In the event of a return of an item, for reasons other than damage, the responsibility of the item remains with you, the customer, until received at our premises. The item must be returned unused, unassembled, in original condition, fully in its original packaging and in suitable condition for resale. The cost of shipping back to our premises would be the responsibility of you, the customer.

If item is not returned in accordance to the “**Please Note” condition, we have the right to refuse taking of delivery of item. Or, if item delivered is damaged in transit it becomes responsibility of customer to organise compensation with the sending delivery service.

If the item has not been dispatched and you change your mind we will happily refund you the full amount (including shipping) or come to the best possible solution for you.
